1 pound flank steak 1/4 c tequila juice of 2 limes 2 garlic cloves 1 t dried cilantro 1 T vegetable oil 1 t worcestershire sauce 1 t cumin 1/2 t red pepper flakes 2 poblano chilies 2 jalapeno chilies 1 red bell pepper 1 green bell pepper 1 onion may serve with: sour cream avocado salsa fresh cilantro
Ingredients: 1" steak of your choice, 1 tablespoon crushed pepper corns, kosher salt. Sauce: 1/3 cup brandy and 1 cup heavy cream. This makes a medium rare steak.
