Ingredients: 1 cut up chicken large pan with oil 2 inches deep salt and pepper 1/2 cup cornstarch Thin Batter: 1 cup cornstarch 1 cup water 1 teaspoon salt Sauce: 1/4 cup ketchup 1 Tablespoon lemon juice 5 Tablespoons sugar 1 teaspoon to 1 Tablespoon fresh chili paste (Sambal Oelek) ***NOTE*** I ended up doubling the sauce to get excellent coverage of the chicken *Note* This was extremely good :)
