2/3 to 3/4 pound flank steak
8 or 10 green onions
1 teaspoon rice wine
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons bean sauce
1 teaspoon corntarch
1/2 cup water
